Our US Contracts
We work directly with a number of US hospitals, Home Health Agencies, some of the most reputable hospitals throughout the States.
Our clients interview in London throughout the year and in some cases conduct interviews by telephone or video conference.
Hospitals tend to give preference to those who have already registered with a US State Nursing Board and passed the NCLEX exam.
THE PROCESS
Our permanent placement program described below is structured to quickly and efficiently assist you in acquiring the necessary licenses to qualify for work in the US as a nurse. We will also find you a job with a US hospital and assist you in achieving your goals.
We will assist you in:
• Study for the licenses you must obtain
• Obtain these licenses
• Find you a job in the US
• Relocate to the US once licenses have been secure
The 10 Step Process
Step 1
Candidate applies to Gemini with CV/Resume, and completion of application
Step 2
Initial telephone interview scheduled, if applicant meets criteria
Step 3
Following successful telephone interview a letter is sent outlining steps required to continue the process. Additional mandatory documentation is requested
Step 4
Interviews scheduled with prospective US employer
Step 5
When successful at interview, job offer in writing, contracts signed
Step 6
Candidates studies towards NCLEX, CGFNS & IELTS if applicable and passes tests
Step 7
US hospital sponsors immigration proposal for the candidates and Green Card process begins
Step 8
Relocate to US, work for US hospital and receiving ongoing support from Gemini

In order to qualify, you must undergo the following:
A. Possess Professional License in country of origin
B. Have minimum 2 years Professional Experience
C. Clinical Interview
D. Reference Check
E. Medical Clearance upon selection
Once you passed the interview, we assist you through the process of registering for CGFNS, ITLETS, and NCLEX We assist you in finding your ideal nursing job, in your preferred US location. We support you and guide you through the US immigration process. We manage your sponsorship for permanent status in the United States. We require three years working commitment with us.
